Meet Sally
With over 40 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, Sally brings heart, heritage, and unmatched expertise to every dish she creates. Her journey began at just 15, when she first stepped into the hustle of a local restaurant kitchen. After six years of hands-on learning, she knew she had found her calling.
Fueled by a love for food and people, Sally pursued her degree in Foods in Business from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Her career took her to renowned institutions like the Walt Disney World Company and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, where she honed her skills and built a foundation rooted in excellence and creativity.
Eventually, Sally returned home to Southwest Michigan to start a family—but her passion for cooking never slowed down. From preparing meals for friends to catering weddings, celebrations, and community events, Sally kept her apron on and her dream alive.
